Between the difference of years and growth of  real estate, price's have been sky-rocketed, but  I still question the housing facilities provided  by the promoters? I would appreciate promoters who concern the following desires which would  make my dream home. An American Salary, A Japanese Wife, A home in London. A home an Individual House, in a row house street, with  25 feet length  and 40 foot wide Garden area on the front, a parking gate  on the left, a small gate on the right side,gate leading to the door with stone tiles and beautiful flower plantations and a smell of sand coming out from  water sprayed plantations.

I pick one of a beautiful rose to my wife from the plantations, on entering the door, a parents room where my old parents relaxing started giving a voice to her grand  children announcing the arrival of dad. Just after hearing the gate sound, hot coffee by wife is already on the way, where me and my kids sitting next exchanging each others experience.

After a 15 minutes relax, I claim the stairs to master bedroom which is near to small gym, where I spend 30 minutes and get refreshed for the magical hours with family and discuss things that happened from wife, news about the neighbors and relatives, beside kids getting to the TV area watching interesting Geographic & Travel channel.

A breezing air run through the windows and a pleasant evening experienced inside the home, while me and kid want to walk to the street, where kids get with neighbor kids and start play on the street, where there is no traffic, cycles moving here and there and I do a 15 minutes with old aged people and  say hi people on the street.

Yes, this is a kind of home, I am already living in, but it is in village, would be glad have such beautiful residential atmosphere, which  is 30~60 minutes journey from heart of the city! Voi la!
