To solve the production department process issues, we have evaluated and architect a intelligent Package and Stock Tracking system by using the barcode and RFID technology. Printing of Barcode labels for product information was already in practice, printing serial numbers (16 digits number) includes package number, batch number and product serial number.

This cost effective Barcode Tracking application was successfully deployed, after which the efficiency and accuracy is 100% now. But the question comes.......why do we need to go RFID? when Barcode itself gives 100% efficiency and it solves production process issues. Well the answer is simple, The difference is MANPOWER. For barcode it is essential to involve manpower to scan the products, because the products are small in size, in case of packages which are normally big can be scanned by fixing barcode readers permanently on the conveyer, whereas the RFID antennas can achieve the same efficiency for products and packages, without the involvement of Manpower.

Additionally the advantage of RFID is that, the RFID readers can scan the products count, serial numbers which are inside the Package, counts those boxes either at the dispatch area or the delivery point at client warehouse. RFID application is deployed in Incoming and Delivery where package of raw materials and finished goods are Actively tracked using Passive RFID tags. The first reason for such heat accumulation is the lack of trees that give shadow and observe the heat, secondly majority of the district is covered by thorn tree's, which does not give any shadow and they are best known for transmitting/reflecting the heat.

Having this cause in mind, for quite few years I wanted to plant trees in my village, somehow things were not getting to co-ordinate, this year I had plan to do that on May 1, bud had no clue where to start and how to execute. Fortunately, I happened to meet my headmaster of my government primary school Mr. Philip at a marriage function, under whom I have studied between 1980 to 1985. He was a best known HM for teaching discipline, giving branded punishment , very strict for attendance and not completing homework. How EAS works?

Any Item placed inside the store is placed with a RFID tag, the TAG has minute conductivity which you can call as a fuse. When a customer buys a product, he moves to the counter and pays the money.
the counter staff, will swipe the CD on the small reader placed on the sale counter, which would blow the fuse and break the antenna circuit which is inside the tag. A place which was 60 Lacs/ground a year back is now being quoted as 1.25 Crores, it is really a hype by the Investors and agents. In the broader sense Governement also not regualating any mandates for a good and healthy residential policies and layouts.

1) Most of the roads are only 13~20 feet width
2) All of the roads have drainage problems, some places no drainage at all.
3) All the houses are touching the road, even occupying the road on the both sides, and narrowing it further
4) No Windows, no ventilation at fall, most of the house/the main door phases to wall within 5 feet distance, leaving no air circulation
5) There is no possibility of Sun light coming in
6) Most of the areas are Prone to rainwater(drainage) flooding the ground floors
7) You cannot even park a Bike before your house
